It is sad that high touch service businesses like Security Systems Hawaii are now the exception rather than the rule, but I am glad I discovered them. Highly recommended. Security One installed my home security system a couple years ago and I couldn't be any happier with my system, their workmanship, their service department and with their monitoring office. I have not had any problems with my alarm system yet. I have called their service department multiple times and spoke with Dustin Kea, for technical support and general questions on my alarm system and remote access. Dustin is extremely professional and knows what he is doing. All the times that I spoke with him, he has gone above and beyond to help me and is so patient in giving me detailed information. His knowledge of their products gives me peace of mind and makes me confident in Security One. I recently read a negative review from Jerry G. that mentions Dustin's name. I'm sorry Jerry, but how can you expect a company to provide a free service to you, 10 15+ years after they installed your system? It's like asking your car dealership to fix your car for free, 10 15+ years after you purchased the car from them.

The Perfect Puppy covers only 56 of the most popular breeds' temperaments, but makes a greater effort to be objective than most other sources. It's most important to know about the categories of temperament that the Harts define. Your Purebred Puppy covers almost three times as many breeds and includes: warnings about health defects to watch for in specific breeds; guidelines on choosing a breed to fit your way of living; and advice on finding good breeders. It’s not uncommon to accidentally set off a new alarms system a few times, even if you’ve had one before, as the technology has likely changed. To reduce false alarms caused during this familiarization period, most alarm companies will put your account into a test mode for anywhere between 24 hours and 7 days. It’s important that you confirm this timeframe with your alarm company because if an alarm event occurs during the test period authorities will not be dispatched. Some companies will even shorten or eliminate their testing window upon request. Any concerns you may have should be addressed with your security company’s’ support team before the end of your return period, which can be as short as 3 days. Here is where your comparison of the “intangibles” and customer support processes of the security companies you evaluated pays off.
